Yes — a common pattern is the Grand Hall for keynotes plus the Forum Room for breakouts. Booking two or three rooms takes 15% off the smaller rooms.

In the Grand Hall the technician switches between four saved DMX scenes. The Forum Room and Lab have wall dimmers with blackout blinds.
Yes, with no corkage fee. The foyer has a prep counter, fridge and dishwasher. Food and drink stay out of the Computer Lab.
